You can send us a request to delete your customer account at any time via our contact form at X and we will immediately initiate the deletion of your customer account. The email does not have to follow any special format; however, you should be clearly identifiable, meaning that you should always contact us from your registered email address.


In order to process your request, we may ask for additional information for identification purposes before responding to your request. After processing your request, we will immediately arrange for the deletion of your customer account, provided that there are no legal provisions to the contrary (e.g. settlement of outstanding amounts).

Create an account by clicking on the »Log in« button located at the top of the page. Next, click on the button which is located in the log in area and fill out the registration form. You can also comfortably set up your customer account while placing your first order. In either case, you will have to enter your email address and a password. This data allows you to log in to your customer account in the future any time you like. While logged in, you can review and alter your data.

Orders in these online shops can also only be delivered to the respective countries.

After placing an order, you will be sent a confirmation via email, which lists the ordered items, your billing and delivery address, as well as the chosen payment option. Finally, your purchase will be delivered to you, and we hope you will have lots of fun with your new items. In case you are not happy with your purchase, you can simply initiate the return process.

SEPA stands for Single Euro Payments Area. This is the name given to the new unitary regulation for national and European payment transactions. IBAN (International Bank Account Number) is a number that replaces all national account details (such as account number and bank sort number in Germany). BIC (Business Identifier Code) is an internationally standardised bank code (similar to the bank routing code) which clearly identifies payment providers around the globe.

1. The voucher has already been redeemed; therefore, it is depleted of funds.

2. The voucher was linked to a certain customer account.

3. The voucher is linked to a certain minimum and/or maximum order value.

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:

  • If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
  • Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
  • To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • For returns, please email support@demostore.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
  • Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
  • When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
  • If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
